We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, any brand-new product watches and accessories may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of delivery or returned for an exchange/store credit within 30 days (subject to price differences). Gift Wrap/Bags are not eligible for returns.
Engraved items cannot be returned.
Extended Warranties cannot be returned for refund after the 14 day period. If customer wishes to exchange watch before 30 days the Extended Warranty will carry over to the updated product. If a customer chooses an upgraded or less expensive watch we will charge or refund the difference of the watch + extended warranty. All watches returned for exchange will be inspected to verify the watch has not been worn or incurred damages, All watches returned for exchange should be eligible to return to inventory. If our team deems the return not authorized for exchange the customer will be required to purchase postage for a return shipment of the originally purchased watch.
All watches can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of delivery with a $35 restocking fee or returned for an exchange/store credit within 30 days with a $35 restocking fee.
If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please refer to their Return Policies since we do not accept returns for refunds purchased from other locations.
Please note: All returned items must be in ‘new’ or ‘unused’ condition and still include their original packaging.
Your return will not be accepted (or restocking fees will apply at the discretion of the seller) if:
- The item is marked Final Sale/Last Call on the site
- It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
- You have attempted to reassemble a broken watch
- Watch is broken due to wear and tear
- It is a free promotional item (such as a bracelet or key chain)
- Engraved items cannot be returned.
Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an order from Ruban as a gift, you can still return! We’ll issue you a Ruban Watches store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account. Please contact Customer Care to get your free shipping label.

If you received your package within the past 14 days, you are eligible for a refund. Any refund requests made outside the 14 days will NOT be approved for a refund, but may be eligible for store credit.

**All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide a return label to ship the item back but we also do not deduct any return shipping label fees from the refund/store credit amount.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your item arrives at our facilities, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to show up in your bank account from Ruban Watches.
Bank processing times may vary so please reach out to your financial institution if we have already initiated the refund but it’s been longer than 10 business days.
